My name is Michael Saint and I started keeping racing pigeons way back in 1977 (or so) with some gift birds and those from my late grandfather.
My grandfather Arthur Saint, uncles Len Saint, Peter Rowles and Tony Bird were all good pigeon men. My brother David also races, so a family affair!
Being naïve I kept too many and didn't know enough to compete effectively but I did have some good birds and was often knocking on the door.
After some years recently that nearly saw me quitting the sport, I find myself with a selection of birds where the mojo has returned...
The base family is Dordin, with Jim Biss crosses added to the mix.
